ABOUT US

Martin Hunt is originally from London, England and moved to the United States 30 years ago to marry his beautiful wife, Eileen. He is a proud parent of two wonderful daughters and lives in Harleysville, PA.

In 2024 he began Lily B Properties with his eldest daughter, Lily. His youngest daughter, Claudia, graduated from Gwynedd Mercy Academy and is now a senior at Penn State University studying Aerospace Engineering.

Martin began working as a Real Estate Investor in 1999. From 2007 to 2021 Martin worked for Associa, the largest community property management company in the world. During his fifteen plus years there he managed over one hundred and fifty million dollars of real estate with an annual budget in excess of $2.5 million dollars.

In his time at Associa he occupied several roles including Property Manager, General Manager, and Regional Director. He was also part of several committees and leadership teams.

MEET MARTIN HUNT...

New to investing in Real Estate, Lily Hunt has spent the past year learning about the industry from her mentor and father, Martin Hunt.

Before dipping her toes into the space, Lily had dedicated 7 years to working a career within restaurants, and most recently managed a large-scale Mediterranean place. Her love for leadership, customer service and the fast paced environment allowed her to flourish within the industry, but Lily made the hard decision to step down.

With hopes of working for herself, and a deep interest in investments and real estate, the plan began to come together. Lily and her father, Martin joined forces to create and establish Lily B Properties, in the hopes of expanding an investment portfolio and teaching others in the process.
